The Canada-Ontario Job Grant provides financial support to employers to help train members of their workforce.

The grant is available to small, medium and large businesses that are planning to provide short-term training to existing and new employees. The grant allows for up to $10,000 in government support per person for these training opportunities. The employer must contribute one-third of the total costs, with some flexibility for small businesses.

Training through an eligible, third-party trainer is required.
